THE PATHOLOGISTS CALL IT MURDER

Tammy's autopsy revealed several defense wounds on her
hands and arms. She was trying to deflect blows, evidently
aimed at her face. Tearing of the intestinal wall at the back of
the spine indicated that she received a severe blow to the
abdomen, one that would have knocked the wind out of her,
incapacitating her.

This blow could have been delivered by a blunt object, but
based upon the lack of bruising or abrasion at the stomach, I
believe Tammy was tackled, and that somebody forced all their
weight down upon her with a knee. Finally, her spinal column
was torn in a way that indicated somebody had applied blunt
force pressure to her head, compressing the vertebrae.

Do Eric Stukel’s writings prove he killed Tammy? No. But
anybody with any shred of objectively would be remiss to
ignore the strong correlation between these writings and
Tammy’s violent demise.

Taking into consideration the evidence that Tammy’s body had
been in Eric Stukel’s trunk, taking into consideration the
impossibility of Tammy returning home to Yankton with Eric
Stukel, taking into consideration how Eric Stukel’s version of
events that night contradicted Tammy’s latest possible time of
death, taking into consideration fluids found in Stukel’s
vehicle, taking into consideration the close proximity of the
ravine on County 121 to the Stephenson farm, taking into
consideration all these pieces to the puzzle of Tammy’s death,
law enforcement had no choice but to focus much of their
attention on Eric Stukel.

All the evidence led directly to him.
